Terms of delivery - Choice of carrier


John Steel's delivery service offers a solution tailored to your needs :

  1. Boosted delivery : D+3 working days in mainland France (paying option)
  2. Classic delivery : D+8 working days in mainland France (option included)
  3. Eco delivery : D+15 working days in mainland France (option generating an immediate discount on your order)

PS : 2 additional days may be required for deliveries to Belgium, Germany, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Spain, Italy and the Netherlands.

We have chosen FEDEX, TNT and FRANCE EXPRESS/GEODIS to ensure the best delivery conditions :

  1. When validating your order, you can enter up to 2 addresses: your home address for billing, and another address for delivery (or vice versa, anything is possible).
  2. Your order is handed over to the carrier, and depending on the delivery option you choose, all you have to do is wait for it to be delivered.
  3. The driver arrives at the address you've specified, and hands over your order for you to sign for. (or an autograph, it's up to you).
